Produced from the distillation of white young fruity wines and aged by means of the Solera y Criaderas system during 15 years as a minimum in American Oak barrels.
Old mahogany colour with flavours to vanilla and oak scent. Soft and velvety palate, with a long finish that evokes the sweet Pedro Ximenez wine contained previously in the same barrel.
